Mountain pose (Tadasana)

10-20 seconds. Can do multiple times anytime of the day

Tree pose (Vrikshasana)

30 sec to1 minute on each leg

Warrior 1 pose (Virabhadrasana 1)

10-20 seconds on each leg

Warrior 2 pose (Virabhadrasana 2)

10-20 seconds on each leg

Chair pose (Utkatasana)

20-30 seconds

Eagle pose (Garudasana)

10-20 seconds and reverse arm and leg and hold for 10-20 seconds again

Forward Bend pose (Uttanasana)

20-30 seconds

Triangle pose (Trikonanasana)

20-30 seconds on each side

Dancer pose 


15-30 seconds on each leg
