Happy baby pose (Ananda Balasana)

Bridge pose (Setu Bandhasana)

Hold this pose for 20 to 30 seconds

Spinal twist pose (Supta Matsyendrasana)

30 seconds to a minute on each side

Double leg raise pose (Uttanpadasana)

Half shoulder stand pose (Ardha Sarvangasana)

Begin with 10 seconds and slowly increase to a minute

Plow pose (Halasana)

Begin with 10 seconds and slowly increase to a couple of minutes. 

A note of caution - this is not an easy pose and hence should be attempted under the supervision of a trained yoga instructor otherwise this can cause serious injuries

Corpse pose (Shavasana)

Can lie in this pose for 5-10 minutes or more
