Ingredients (for 1 glass):
1/2 glass almond milk
2 ripe mangoes
2 tsp soaked chia seeds
1 tsp pure peanut butter (optional)
2-3 ice cubes
Method:
Peel the mango, chop it into medium-sized pieces, and discard the seed. Put all the ingredients in the mixer except the ice and blend well. Pour in a glass, add ice cubes and a little soaked chia seeds on top, and enjoy the milkshake.
